..this is similar to my plan last year of simplifying my life. Only this time it is more focused on goals. The past week has been hecticly-mindful for me, almost like a bowl of cherries getting full. Though instead of the cherries there was a mixture of dreams, goals, to-do list, expectations, others’ wishes etc. So how does one person manage all those things in the bowl?
Getting rid of the clutter requires clarity of mind. Having spotted the superfluous makes the important come up to the surface. In turn this would determine motivation.
The things I need to be more aware of:
- healthy food keeps the mind sharp
- little things in life are free
- need more running
- focus on one goal at a time
