Almost all people in the dormitory were gathered tonight to see the finals of Eurovision song contest. Finland wan with Lordi the monster heavy metal band “impressing” the audience. It was indeed a good move for Finland. I suppose innovation is everything these days, and they were indeed “unlike” the other contestants. Romania came 4th.

I made apple pie for the first time, celebrating my SPACE exam result. I was so happy yesterday – overjoyed. We had this “experiment pie” for a snack, before Mohan’s lasagna dinner. Why experiment? Den Smagløse Cafe

After Guatemalan dinner, Mohan wanted to celebrate the good “party mood” he’d been in all day. I joined him, Fabi and Eduard to this Danish-style cafe. I remembered Mads always talked about Smagløse. It’s a different place, out-of-the-ordinary. I had a huge tea called Husets Te. Fabi had H.C.Andersen’s Te. Good and relaxing atmosphere for [...]

Mario cooked a delicious Guatemalan dish tonight for dinner. I learned how to make it, but I would need special seasoning (mil tomate) for this, which cannot be found in Europe, or at least not that I know of. We had a good time, and Eduard made tiramisu from scratch, all by himself, supervised by [...]
